Socio in Dubai
The new project Socio in Dubai, UAE, comprises two 13-storey towers surrounded by landscaped gardens, sports fields, swimming pools and various other public areas.
The complex is situated within the Dubai Hills Estate neighbourhood and is under development by Octa Properties and Buset Investments Co. L.L.C. Construction completion is scheduled for the end of 2023.
The buildings feature one- and two-bedroom apartments. When purchasing a one-bedroom flat in Socio, the price from the developer will be AED 941,000 (USD 256,000), while apartments with two bedrooms will cost AED 1.38 million (USD 375,500). Off-plan projects in Socio can be purchased through instalment payments, with 20% payable during the construction phase and the remaining 80% payment when the project is handed over for occupation.
